In 2004, The Woodson Center introduced a major funder to Outcry in the Barrio (now Victory Fellowship), a Christian-based drug rehabilitation center in San Antonio, Texas that helps addicts assimilate back into the community. A million dollars was donated to Outcry in the Barrio to purchase a brand-new rehabilitation center to house recovering drug addicts. Woodson Center continues to support Victory Fellowship!
